Course Structure – Based on the PMP® Exam Content Outline

The course is aligned with the latest Project Management Professional (PMP®) exam content outline and covers the three key performance domains:

  2. Process – Focuses on the technical aspects and best practices of project management.

  3. Business Environment – Addresses the link between projects and organizational strategy.

In addition, the course prepares you for questions based on predictive (waterfall), agile, and hybrid approaches to project management.


PMI Eligibility Requirements to Apply for the PMP® Exam

To be eligible for the Project Management Professional (PMP®) exam, candidates must meet one of the following:

  • Option 1:

    • Bachelor’s degree (or global equivalent)

    • 36 months of project management experience

    • 35 contact hours of project management education (fulfilled by this course)

  • Option 2:

    • High school diploma or associate’s degree (or global equivalent)

    • 60 months of project management experience

    • 35 contact hours of project management education (fulfilled by this course)
